Mercado Pet was born out of a profound love for our beloved Brazilian Maltese, Lila. As Brazilian immigrants with an entrepreneurial spirit, we wanted to create something that embodied our passion for pets and provided the best for them. Lila's playful and affectionate nature inspired us to curate a range of products that would bring joy and comfort to pets everywhere. Our journey began with a simple idea: to offer high-quality, affordable pet products that meet the needs of both pets and their owners.
Recently, our family grew with the arrival of Chloe, a delightful Shih Tzu/Maltese mix. Chloe's addition to our lives has further fuelled our dedication to Mercado Pet. Her unique personality and charm have inspired us to expand our offerings and explore new ways to cater to the diverse needs of different pets. Both Lila and Chloe represent the heart and soul of Mercado Pet, reminding us daily of why we embarked on this journey. Our mission is to bring the same love and care we have for our pets to every customer, making Mercado Pet not just a business, but a community for pet lovers everywhere.
